Aimix transported two sets of 30 m³/h concrete mixer pumps and two sets of wheel loaders to Nepal in July 27th, 2021. Our Nepal clients bought these machines for concrete needs of their water conservancy and hydropower engineering project. After discussed with our salesperson, he finally chose concrete mixer pump with wheel loader to realize concrete mixing and pumping. This plan is convenient for operation & can save labor cost for our clients. As for the transportation, our Nepal equipment will be shipped to India by sea and then to Nepal by land transport. It will save transportation cost for our Nepal clients as well. Our Nepal client is glad of Aimix sincere service & good quality. Looking for further cooperation in the future.
Aimix provides concrete mixer pump with 30-40 m³/h capacity, with diesel engine & electric engine for choose. Our concrete mixer pump combines concrete mixing & concrete pumping functions into one machine, which is more convenient and cost effective. To realize concrete mixing and pumping with less cost, we provide two plans for you.
Plan A: Aimix Concrete Mixer Pump + Wheel Loader
Wheel loader is used for aggregate feeding in this combination. Aimix concrete mixer pump is responsible for concrete mixing and concrete pumping. This combination is suitable for small concrete project which needs move frequently. It needs only 3-5 persons to operate the whole equipment.
Plan B: Aimix Concrete Mixer Pump + Batching Machine + Wheel Loader
Wheel loader feeding aggregate feeding to the batching machine, then the batching machine used for aggregate storage and automatic weighing to ensure the concrete quality, after aggregates were weighing by the batching machine, they were feeding to our concrete mixer pump to mixing and pumping. All of these operation were easy & convenient. It not only ensure the concrete quality, but also is cheaper than general concrete mixing and pumping procedure. The whole project only needs 3-5 operator.
