Case brief information: Aimix 30 m³/h diesel engine concrete trailer pump was ready for transport to Indonesia in the middle of June 2022. It was delivered to local work site after 7 days of delivery. After ABT30C concrete trailer pump was shipped to the local work site. Aimix also sent an after-sales engineer for operation training service. Now it has stable performance in their work site. Our Indonesian client spoke highly of Aimix’s quality and service.
Our Indonesian client owns a construction company in Surabaya city and at that time they have house construction project in Kalimantan. This client sent us an inquiry after viewing our concrete pump picture on our website. After contact with our Indonesia client, we learned that their real need for concrete pumping is 30 m³ per hour.
Then we sent quotation of our concrete pump to our Indonesia client and chatted with our Indonesia client on Whatsapp. We learned that he used to visit our self loading concrete mixer work site in Surabaya and he knew about the great performance of our product and Aimix’s sincere service. Finally, our Indonesia client decided to purchase this ABT30C diesel engine concrete trailer pump. Aimix helped solve the problem of customs clearance for his company, after learning they don’t have import licenses. Then they only need to get the goods from the port.
After this ABT30C concrete trailer pump was delivered to the local work site on September 17th, 2022. Aimix sent our after-sales service engineer to help with operation training service and daily maintenance training, after learning they don’t have any professional operators of concrete trailer pump. Our Indonesia client spoke highly of Aimix group, not only because of the stable performance of this ABT30C concrete trailer pump but also helped them to train a skilled operator. They also plan to buy a self loading concrete mixer from Aimix later.
