Client’s project: Building construction project.
Case brief information: Our Honduras clients own a food company in the local city, and they decided to build a new building for their company. Generally, it needs 2 containers to transport the whole 35 m³/h concrete batching plant. To save cost for this client, we improved the concrete plant design, and it only needs one container to load the whole concrete plant. We also arranged local after-sales service team for installation, commissioning, and operator training service. Now it has stable performance in local work site.
The first time this Honduras client contact us was in August 2020. He inquired about our stationary 35 m³/h concrete batching plant for their building construction project. After contacting him, we learned that they own a food company in Honduras, and their products are very popular in local markets. To expand their business, they decided to build a new building for their company in December 2020. After we confirmed the detailed requirements, we recommend this AJ35 concete batching plant to him. Our Honduras client was satisfied with Aimix suggestion.
Due to their company’s schedule change, this building construction project was delayed. At the end of 2021, our Honduras client contacted us again and told us they planned to start this project in the middle of 2022. They paid this order in February 2022. It took about a month to ship this concrete batching plant to our Honduras client’s local work site.
Generally, it needs 2 containers to transport the whole 35 m³/h concrete batching plant. Considering the long-distance shipment from China to Honduras, it will spend a lot by using 2 containers for transportation at that high shipping fee period. We improved this concrete batching plant structure and made it possible to use 1 container to hold the whole concrete batching plant. Our Honduras client spoke highly of Aimix sincere service.
After this AJ35 concrete batching plant was delivered to local work site, we contact one of our former clients, who is doing construction business, to help this client with installation and commissioning. Before that, we provide installation videos and instructions to them. We also provided online guidance services to them during their installation, and commissioning period. Finally, this AJ35 concrete batching plant was finished installation in June 2022. Now it has been used for their construction project with stable performance.
