Aimix ABJZ40C concrete mixer pump, batching machine, and wheel loader were finished container loading in June 2022. They were ready to be transported to Kupang city in Indonesia. Our Indonesia client is going to use these machines for their road construction project.
For the firstly time, Our Indonesia client only inquiries Aimix concrete mixer pump for concrete mixing and pumping function. To ensure better concrete quality, we advised our Indonesia client to add one PLD700 batching machine for accurate aggregate weighing. Our client also ordered one wheel loader for adding aggregate into the batching machine.
Generally, it will need one 40HQ container for one concrete mixer pump and one batching machine transportation. and it will also need one 20GP container for the wheel loader. To save transportation cost and convenient our Indonesia client’s operations and mobility, we did a few changes to our concrete mixer pump and batching machine. We combined ABJZ40C concrete mixer pump and batching machine into one machine. After we told our Indonesia client details of this design, they agreed and ordered this concrete mixer pump and batching machine combination and one wheel loader.
This is the first time of this Indonesia client exporting machines from overseas countries. And they didn’t have an import certificate when they decided to order from us. We asked our Indonesia local customs clearance partner to help with customs clearance. Because their project is in hurry, our Kupang clients wanted to deliver it to Indonesia as soon as possible. At that time the earliest sailing schedule is June 21st. but it is hard to book it. With the help of our colleagues in the shipping department, our clients finally booked the June 18th sailing schedule. After all of these goods are delivered to the local work-site in Kupang city, we will set our resident after-sales service team to door-to-door serve our client in installation, commissioning, and operation training service.
1. It has feeding aggregate, aggregate weighing, concrete mixing, and concrete pumping functions while adding one wheel loader for this combination.
2. It has better mobility. One wheel loader or forklift can transport this concrete mixer pump and batching machine unit in a short distance.
3. Fewer container spaces are occupied for transportation.
